The Nigerian Women Trust Fund, under the D-RAPID project, convened students, staff, and union leaders at Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University and Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi, to deepen understanding of the Disability Discrimination Act and promote accessibility, equal opportunities, and dignity for persons with disabilities.
With strong student union endorsement and active participation, the session reinforced the collective responsibility to build an inclusive campus for all.

Violence ranging from domestic violence, ethnic and religious violence, Genital mutilation e.t.c.Violence against women affects every part of their lives. The well-being of women, their full participation in countrys plans, policies and programs are essential if development is to take place. Women are socially, psychologically, and physically disable as a result of violence perpetrated against them by their counterpart, thus cannot be vibrant instrument for the development of their societies, it logically follows therefore that a nation that seeks to experience rapid and sustainable development must be prepared to fight violence against women. Women are not guest on the earth, but the future of the planet belongs to them. At the heart of this book, is how women gets their power, though there are called and regarded the weaker sex, yet women are the most powerful of human creature.
Please how can the organization benefit from the grant. This year. The book is about 97 pages and 9 Chapters.
