Capacity Building
Women Political Inclusion & Participation
We host series of interventions and programmes to support female politicians ahead of the General elections and to educate as well as mobilize women at grassroot to be acively involve in the electoral processes
Mentorship
Young Women Mentorship
Our mentorship program connects young female leaders to high-achieving women across industries as guides to unlock their potential. Through one-on-one sessions, network events, skill-building workshops and more, we provide access to knowledge, communities and sponsors to empower emerging talent.

Policy Advocacy
Leveraging research and galvanizing networks, we elevate evidence-based solutions to decision-makers. Through demonstrations, campaigns and strategic partnerships, we apply pressure for gender-responsive budgeting and implementation.
Research
Voters Education and Election Observation
We drive initiatives to catalyze active engagement among Nigerian women in electoral processes. Through workshops and awareness campaigns, we educate women voters on their rights and responsibilities at the ballot box. We also train and deploy a non-partisan team of election observers to monitor polls.
