Hansatu Adegbite

Hansatu Adegbite is a strategic leader with proven expertise in driving initiatives, building alliances, and delivering measurable social impact. A passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and women’s economic empowerment, she has contributed extensively to national and international development efforts, serving on two Nigerian Presidential Committees. She currently serves on 15 Boards and Chairs 5 of them

A graduate of Harvard Business School, Business School Netherlands, and the University of Abuja, Hansatu holds degrees in Business Administration. She currently serves as the National Consultant on Private Sector Partnerships with UN Women and is the immediate past Executive Director of Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ). Beyond leadership, she is deeply committed to mentorship and capacity building, serving as a faculty member / trainer of Gender Studies at the National Institute for Policy & Strategic Studies, the Policy Innovation Center, and the Enterprise Development Center of Pan-Atlantic University.

A proud mother of two adult sons, Hansatu remains dedicated to advancing social change, strengthening inclusive leadership, and shaping the next generation of transformative leaders.
